If you are selling at the same time then, subject to your wishes, we can pace the transaction to complete simultaneously with your sale. We will progress matters as quickly as you instruct us to. Do not make the mistake of instructing the cheapest lawyers that you can find. Common sense will tell you that there is a reason why their services are so cheap.
