Grounds for DivorceIn order to obtain a divorce you will need to show to the court that your marriage has broken down irretrievably. You can rely on one of five facts listed below to prove this:

    1. Your husband or wife has committed adultery and you find it intolerable to live with them.

    2. Your husband or wife has behaved in such a way that you can not be reasonably expected to live with them

    3. Your husband or wife has deserted you for a continuous period of at least two years or more

    4. You have lived separately from your husband or wife for a period of two or more years and you both agree to the divorce

    5. You have lived separately from your husband or wife for a period of five or more years.

    Another Testimonial...
As a first time buyer, I was nervous and completely unfamiliar with the Conveyancing procedure however, having been recommended by a friend, I sought assistance from Saracens in buying my first freehold property. I can happily say that from start to finish, the Saracens team assisted me in every way possible and ensured that I was in the loop about everything What impressed me the most was their refreshing attitude which was warm, friendly and welcoming, not what I was expecting at all! I would happily recommend their services to any of my friends and family and will have no hesitation in returning to them should I need further legal assistance.
