Judicial Review
Judicial Review is a way of challenging the lawfulness of the UK Border Agency’s decision in the High Court in London. The review process will not however, consider the merits of your case. This area of law is very complex and certain qualifying criteria must be satisfied before any application can be made.
There are strict time limits and it is therefore imperative to obtain legal advice if you are considering making any application for Judicial Review.
Our immigration department will be more than happy to review your refusal and advise you on the prospect of success. We will also advise you on alternative options available to achieve the desired outcome, as quickly as possible.
