    Selling your homeIf you are thinking of selling your home, Saracens Solicitors will be more than pleased to help you with the legal aspects of your sale. Once you have found a purchaser to buy your home, contact us and our residential conveyancing department will forward to you the necessary property information forms for you to complete and return. This is a vital aspect of preparing the legal “sale pack”.

    Once we have received the paperwork from you, we will forward a sale pack to the purchaser’s solicitors. The sale pack will consist of a contract, a copy of your title deeds and the property information forms and a list of the items of fixtures and fittings that you will be leaving at the property on completion.

    We will take you through the entire process as quickly as you would like and on completion, we will settle any outstanding mortgages that you have, remit funds to estate agents and account to you the sale proceeds.
